Ok maybe Bergman needs to stop doing his films about marriages in stages of disarray, he can’t keep doing this to me. That being said this was quite good, but with his track record still is only about middle of the pack for him.

Powerful and essential comic about the ongoing repression of the citizens of Palestine, even before the latest actively genocidal actions undertaken by the Israeli Government. Instead of being traditionally drawn, it is instead done in a scratchboard style, like the names and messages of those who were previously kept in the prison cells the author was in had scratched into the walls. It opens with their atonishment that they were able to mark the walls at all. Beautiful and harrowing non-literal effects of the occupation and active Government repression.
